Our Team

TARICK KREiMeiA, PARTNER

Tarick Kreimeia brings with him more that twenty years commercial experience working across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Finance & Defence.  

Tarick is a Founding Partner and CEO at Navitas Holdings and oversees consultancy and investments in the energy sector.

His Oil & Gas experience covers Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. He most recent involved in an acquisition of a major refinery complex in Europe and the acquisition of 70K barrels of production in the UK North Sea. 

He has led and managed acquisition, due diligence, financial modelling, inventory financing with investment banks and supply/offtake contracts.

ANDY AGAR, PARTNER

Andy Agar graduated with a First Class BSc Honours in Business Studies and since then has held a number of corporate positions in media, notably as CMO of News International.

Andy is a Founding Partner and COO at Navitas Holdings, responsible for business strategy and business affairs and he oversees Navitas’ work in the music, entertainment and retail sectors.

He has been responsible for two successful start up creative agencies in London working in both the UK and USA and is a founding partner in two music and technology start ups.

Andy has recently led the acquisition of a UK film studio and production company.
